My name is Kathy White.  I reside in Maple Ridge, BC and have been a group fitness instructor for over 30 years teaching in gyms and corporate facilities around the Lower Mainland of BC.  I have also led fitness classes for many years in resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean.  I am BCRPA group fitness certified as well as certified in STOTT Pilates, Zumba, Pound and TRX training.   I also have insurance which covers me for online fitness.  

 

I am a mother to two great boys who inspire me to keep active everyday.

My husband has always been very supportive in my fitness journey and always tells me what I do inspires and helps many people lead a healthy lifestyle. Now more than ever we need to build a healthy immune system which comes from staying active and eating well.

I also work full-time as a Program Assistant in the School of Health Sciences at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) as well as teach fitness classes to the staff and students through our employee fitness program.

​

My goal is to get everyone 'moving' and make fitness part of your lifestyle.  There is no better gift you can give to yourself than to stay healthy in mind, body and spirit.  Fitness makes you feel good about yourself whether it be learning new choreography to your favorite dance tune in ZUMBA class or being able to strengthen your core muscles and balance in order to avoid injury from everyday movements.

It is sometimes hard to start a fitness regime but once you do, it's very hard to stop as it becomes a part of your life.

I can help you make that first step to change your lifestyle one step at a time.
