eF.I.T. offers "live" online fitness classes via the ZOOM platform.

​

Weekly classes include Cardio Kickboxing, Tabata, Body Blast, HIIT, Pilates and ZUMBA which run in the early evenings and weekend mornings.  A weekly schedule is posted on Sunday evening for the week starting Monday - Sunday.   A registration link is provided and once students register for their weekly classes an email is sent with the ZOOM codes for the week.

Class fees are: 

UNLIMITED MONTHLY PLAN: $40.00

UNLIMITED WEEKLY PLAN:  $14.00 OR

DROP IN:  $6.00 per class

Payment is made via e-transfer or PayPal at the end of each week OR beginning of the month for monthly plans.

Cardio Kickboxing workouts are favorite with everyone.  This all levels class incorporates  upper body shadow boxing , elbows & blocks with lower body  knees and kicks,  Adding basic calisthenics it's an ALL ROUND FULL BODY WORKOUT.

HIIT training

HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training.

With various cardio and weight lifting intervals this  class  burns calories and increases endurance.  Easy to follow movements with lots of modifications for beginner exercisers and those with injuries.  1 - 20 lb dumbbells or Gatorade bottles filled with water work for weights.

Zumba Class

ZUMBA is a dance inspired fitness class that burns calories .  Each class feels like a dance party.  Turn down your lights and have fun dancing to world music.   This is exercise in disguise.  No need to follow the choreography exactly, just move and have fun.  Get the whole family dancing!​

** A virtual recorded class is sometimes offered.

BODY BLAST

Body Blast = total body workout

Body Blast is a fast-paced workout alternating  hi/low aerobic type moves with strength/definition moves .  1 - 20 lb dumbbells or  water filled Gatorade bottles work for weights.

Pilates
Push Up

A system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture and enhance mental awareness.   It was created by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th Century and is practiced worldwide.   The Pilates method focuses on trying to relax yet strengthen tense muscles.   This low impact class emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.   Props Used:  small ball, theraband, pillow, 1-2 lbs weights, etc.

Tabata
Intense Training

Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The differences between HIIT and Tabata are the rest and work periods in Tabata are shorter compared to HIIT, and Tabata pushes the limit on the percentage of your maximum heart rate.  1 - 20 lb dumbbells or Gatorade bottles filled with water work for weights.  In Tabata we exercise for 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest x 8 sets = 1 Tabata.  Modifications given for beginners or those with injuries.

About eF.I.T.

eF.I.T. came about during the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for social distancing.

In order to keep safe and healthy at the same time, fitness enthusiasts started participating in online fitness classes in the comfort of their own home.  With gyms closed and group fitness classes cancelled, I saw a need for online fitness training.  As gyms slowly start to re-open there is still uncertainty and more participants are interested in continuing with online training due to the flexibility it provides which enables them to commit to exercise.    This is where eF.I.T. comes in.

Our classes cater to everyone from the beginner to more advanced participant, always keeping safety in mind.
